Player experience is a system, not a layer
We treat moment-to-moment clarity, UI, and player feedback as part of the core system, not
polish. Combat readability, input response, and information hierarchy are designed and
reviewed alongside mechanics, not after them.
Clear structure keeps delivery stable
We define ownership, scope boundaries, and milestone expectations early. Decisions are
documented, communication is direct, and work is sequenced so teams are not constantly
reworking or renegotiating.
Delivery includes stabilization and support
We plan for integration, QA, and polish as part of the work, not a final phase. Features are
considered complete only when they are stable, measurable, and ready to ship in a real
build.
