1. Agreement
This End User License Agreement applies to software applications, games, updates, patches, downloadable content, and related materials provided by Funder Games. The software is licensed, not sold.
2. License Grant
Subject to compliance with this EULA and applicable platform terms, Funder Games grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use one copy of the software on compatible devices controlled by the user for personal entertainment use.
3. License Restrictions
Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, modify, translate, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security, scrape, exploit, automate, or use the software commercially except where expressly permitted by law or written permission.
4. Ownership
Funder Games and licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, content, tools, artwork, audio, trademarks, and all related intellectual property. No rights are granted except the limited license stated in this EULA.
5. Updates and Online Features
The software may require updates to maintain compatibility, security, online functionality, balance, or legal compliance. Online features may be changed, restricted, interrupted, or discontinued.
6. Platform Terms
Use of the software may be subject to Apple, Google, Steam, or other platform terms. Platform terms govern installation, distribution, billing, refunds, and platform account use.
7. User Data and Privacy
Use of the software is subject to the applicable Funder Games Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice.
8. Virtual Items and Purchases
Virtual items, cosmetics, and entitlements are licensed and may be subject to additional platform or product rules. They do not represent property, money, or stored value.
9. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically if the user violates its terms. Upon termination, the user must stop using and uninstall the software, except where law provides otherwise.
10. Export and Legal Compliance
Users must comply with applicable export controls, sanctions, and laws. The software may not be used where prohibited by law.
11. Warranty Disclaimer
The software is provided as-is and as-available to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funder Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or service interruption.
