7. Legal Bases for Processing
Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we process information under one or more of the following bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights and safety. Examples include using account information to provide logged-in services, diagnostics to maintain a stable app, and purchase history to restore entitlements.
8. Product Features and Platform Services
OAuth and platform sign-in
If a product supports OAuth or platform sign-in, the app may receive authentication identifiers and limited profile information authorized by the user or platform. We configure sign-in to request only information reasonably necessary for the relevant product feature.
In-app purchases
Payments are processed by the applicable platform provider. We do not receive full payment card numbers or bank account details. We may receive purchase receipts, transaction tokens, entitlement status, or purchase history sufficient to unlock, restore, support, and verify purchased content.
Cloud saves and leaderboards
Cloud saves, achievements, and leaderboards may store gameplay data linked to a player identifier so that users can access progress and rankings across sessions or devices.
