Support, purchase, refund, and restoration procedures

1. Overview

This policy explains how Funder Games handles support requests, purchase restoration, and refund guidance. Refund eligibility often depends on the platform store used to make the purchase.

2. Platform Store Purchases

Purchases made through Apple, Google, Steam, or another platform are processed by that platform. Funder Games does not control platform refund decisions or payment methods, but we may help users locate purchase information and troubleshoot entitlement issues.

3. Google Play Refunds

Users who purchased through Google Play should request refunds through Google Play support or the Google Play order history process. Funder Games may provide support information, but Google controls refund processing for Google Play transactions.

4. Apple App Store Refunds

Users who purchased through the Apple App Store should request refunds through Apple's report-a-problem or purchase history process. Apple controls refund processing for App Store transactions.

5. Future Steam Purchases

If Funder Games products are sold on Steam, Steam refund rules will apply to Steam purchases. Product pages may include additional platform-specific requirements.

6. Direct Purchases

If Funder Games later offers direct purchases, the applicable checkout page will disclose refund terms, cancellation rights, taxes, and support procedures before purchase.

7. Consumables and Virtual Items

Consumed virtual items, one-time entitlements, and delivered digital content may be non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. Fraudulent, abusive, or exploit-based purchases may be denied, reversed, or restricted.

8. Purchase Restoration

Users should sign in with the same platform account used for purchase and use any in-app restore-purchase feature. If restoration fails, users should contact support with platform, game name, approximate purchase date, order ID if available, and screenshots of receipts if comfortable providing them.

9. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspected fraud, refund abuse, or exploitation may result in revocation of entitlements, account restrictions, or platform reporting, consistent with law and platform policy.

10. Support Process

For support, email the game name, platform, device, app version, issue description, steps to reproduce, and any relevant screenshots to support. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee response times.
