1. Purpose
This policy explains how players, streamers, press, and creators may use Funder Games footage, screenshots, and gameplay for videos, livestreams, reviews, commentary, social posts, guides, and similar creator content.
2. Permission to Create Content
Funder Games grants creators permission to capture, display, stream, record, publish, and share gameplay footage and screenshots from released Funder Games products for non-commercial or monetized creator content, subject to this policy and platform rules.
3. Monetization
Creators may monetize videos and livestreams through standard platform monetization, sponsorships, subscriptions, tips, and advertisements, provided the content complies with this policy and does not imply endorsement by Funder Games unless separately authorized.
4. Restrictions
- Do not present creator content as official Funder Games content.
- Do not use Funder Games content in unlawful, hateful, pornographic, defamatory, or misleading material.
- Do not distribute standalone game assets, ripped files, source code, or tools.
- Do not reveal confidential alpha, beta, embargoed, or unreleased content without permission.
- Do not use Funder Games trademarks in a way that suggests ownership or official partnership.
5. Music and Third-Party Assets
Some products may include licensed music, third-party assets, or platform content with additional restrictions. Creator permission does not override third-party rights. Where content ID or music restrictions apply, creators may need to mute or replace audio.
6. Review Copies and Sponsorships
Creators who receive keys, sponsorships, paid placements, or other benefits should clearly disclose those relationships as required by law and platform policy.
7. Takedown and Revocation
Funder Games may request removal or modification of content that violates this policy, infringes rights, reveals confidential material, or creates legal or safety risk. Permission may be revoked for specific content or accounts where appropriate.
8. Trademarks and Attribution
Creators may refer to Funder Games and product names to identify the game being discussed. Suggested attribution: "Game footage from [Game Name] by Funder Games LLC."
