1. Purpose

These Community Guidelines help keep Funder Games services safe, fair, and respectful. They apply when products include social features, multiplayer, leaderboards, chat, forums, support spaces, user profiles, or user-generated content.

2. Applicability

The Guidelines apply to in-game behavior, display names, avatars, clan or group names, messages, user-generated content, official social spaces, and interactions with support or moderation teams.

3. Respectful Conduct

  • Treat other players, creators, moderators, and support staff with respect.
  • Compete fairly and avoid conduct designed to ruin the experience for others.

4. Prohibited Content and Behavior

  • Harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
  • Hate speech, discriminatory slurs, or content attacking protected characteristics.
  • Sexual exploitation, grooming, or unsafe conduct involving minors.
  • Doxxing, sharing private information, or impersonation.
  • Scams, phishing, spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
  • Illegal content or instructions to commit illegal acts.

5. Cheating and Exploits

Cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, memory editors, exploit abuse, win trading, leaderboard manipulation, and unauthorized third-party tools are prohibited. Funder Games may remove scores, revoke rewards, restrict access, or ban accounts.

6. Names, Profiles, and User-Generated Content

Display names, profile content, and user-generated content must comply with these Guidelines. Funder Games may remove, rename, hide, or restrict content that violates policy or creates legal, safety, or brand risk.

7. Reporting

Users may report violations through in-app tools, platform tools, or support. Reports should include screenshots, timestamps, player identifiers, and a concise description where possible.

8. Enforcement

Enforcement may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, leaderboard removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban, entitlement revocation related to fraud, or referral to platform providers or authorities where appropriate.

9. Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support with account information, the affected product, platform, and explanation. Funder Games may deny appeals that lack sufficient information or involve severe violations.
